VOLUNTEER FOR NFFU
Come and help us

We are all volunteers giving freely of our time but we URGENTLY need more help. Hands at our hub; more drivers to pick up donations; more people to participate in awareness events; more people to spread news about NFFU across social media - and more people to help run the group.  If you are looking to join a fun loving group of people feeling good by doing good, then you've met the right team.

You can do as much or as little as you like, make new friends within our great team of volunteers, drink coffee and chat and help keep our humanitarian aid going to where it is needed most.

Please get in touch and get involved:

Drop-Off Sites:  if you can help by setting up a donation drop-off site then please email us and we can discuss the options.

How Can You Help ?

Communications & Social Media

Would you like to help share what we're doing and the support we need? You can do this through social media, gain us the opportunity to speak, or other channels. Your help spreading the word can make a real difference and bring more people on board to support our efforts.

Fundraising

Can you help raise funds for humanitarian aid or transport to Ukraine? We’re looking for volunteers to join Mandy’s team to run fundraising and promotional events for New Forest for Ukraine. Your support will help us continue our vital work and reach more people in need. Join us today.

Local Transport

We need volunteers with their own car or small van to transport donations from collection points across the New Forest to sorting centres. You’ll be partnered with a local drop-off point and help deliver donated items to the Lymington hub. Your help is vital to keeping aid moving efficiently.

Administration

Our core volunteer team manages wellbeing, health and safety, shipping paperwork, aid procurement, accounts, funding, social media, and the website. If you’d like a more responsible role with New Forest for Ukraine, join as a volunteer, learn the ropes, and talk to us about getting more involved.

Hub

Join our hub team for a fun, rewarding experience. Front hub volunteers greet donors and sort aid, while back hub volunteers prepare pallets and operate equipment. Shifts are three hours, teams are friendly and welcoming. Even if you have just an hour or two, you’re warmly invited to help out.
